Not at this time. Our pricing gives your team access to the entire Keeper platform and all of its core features – but some firms may choose to utilize certain features over others. Keeper works to fill in specific gaps in your systems; or as the single app to replace them all!
Yes. In your practice settings, you can note which clients are quarterly. All connected clients are billed on a monthly basis.
To start a Keeper subscription, you must have at least one connected client. If you don’t have any clients to connect, we recommend connecting your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
You will only be charged per the amount of connected clients at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle. A client is considered “connected” when you import their QuickBooks Online or Xero ledger files. You can add as many team members, client contacts or unconnected clients as you need, free of charge.
Keeper’s Client Portal uses Google Magic Links instead of traditional login credentials. This means your clients will receive an email the first time they access their portal asking them to validate their email address/device. Once validated, your clients can use the same link to open their portal in the future… no usernames and passwords necessary!
